Artist in Residence program

The Artist in Residence (AIR) program allows students to learn specific artmaking skills from an industry professional and participate in various artmaking activities to experiment with techniques and materials over five sessions, culminating in producing a resolved artwork. The AIR program targets student achievement in the Creative and Performing arts fields and engages students to understand various creative industries that are available as future pathways. Through the program, students will reflect on their learning throughout the experience and learn skills they will carry into Year 10 and Senior courses. Students will expand their confidence through collaboration, problem-solving and critical and creative thinking.
