Baby chicks under a heat lamp

Learning to care for some new additions to their classroom.

Students in our SAIL class are excited to participate in the Henny Penny Hatching Program again this year. 

Many of the eggs have already hatched, and students are enjoying learning how to care for the new chicks and their life cycle.

New class pet 'Rodax', the lop-eared rabbit, has also proved a big hit with staff and students.
